Do appointments get recorded in the app?
When a customer books an appointment, time is booked out in the Store Associate’s Proximity App Calendar. This withdraws availability for that associate to be booked at this time by anyone else.
How can I follow up after an appointment?
An appointment can be followed up via email, SMS or social channels. A task to follow up post-appointment can be automatically created, and this follow up could be a simple ‘great to meet you,’ through to sharing a collection of products viewed during the appointment.
